Calorie Crushing Combos
This workout uses combination movements to blast every muscle from head to toe and deliver a serious blow to body fat. Here's how it works: You'll need a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell, a pullup bar, and a wall. Perform each combination exercise for two minutes, resting for a minute before moving on to the next combo. Perform the cycle a total of two times for a 30-minute gut-busting workout.

Dumbbell Hip-Hinge + Row + Curl to Press
